Creating change in life can seem like taking 3 steps forward only to take 2 steps back. Too many people are stuck doing jobs they hate. Too many people feel they are not earning enough money to make ends meet. Or they feel dissatisfied with their relationships, or don't enjoy all that life can offer. If you are not 100% happy with your life, you are living below your potential!
People are often frustrated with creating change in their lives, because often when we try to create change, we are not working at the right level. With my integrated process, there are specific steps you can take to make your life work. I have outlined a program to help you create change easily and effectively, get your life back on track, and set your mind for achievement and success with the Accelerate Your Life program.
Work Smarter, Not Harder

Step 1: Identify and Clear Limiting Beliefs. Many of our daily choices, thoughts and feelings are actually ruled by belief systems that are deeply nestled in our unconscious mind. Beliefs just seem like reality, they define who we are or what is possible for ourselves. If your life is not working in some way, we can look at the defining beliefs. The challenge is that most of our beliefs are formed by the time we are 7 years old. In order to make change happen more easily and effectively, we must address the same part of the mind responsible for the belief system. This is no band-aid solution like affirmations are commonly used. This is creating real change and resolving your history at a deep energetic level. Affirmations feel like lies because there is some deeper part that doesn't believe it, but belief change addresses the deeper self, and belief change lasts a lifetime! Take the Beliefs Quiz and identify any beliefs that may be getting in your way. We can upgrade the ones that aren't working for you and help you create the forward momentum you desire!
Fortunately, we can change beliefs quickly and effectively, and replace them with positive encouraging and supportive beliefs. Imagine moving from: "Life is hard" and replace it with: "Life is play" "Success is for others, not for me" and replace it with: "I am successful, and can achieve anything I want." "I am not smart enough," to "I am intelligent, and have all I need to achieve what I want." How different would your daily experience be?
Once these core beliefs are changed at the deeper level and integrated - it's much easier to move forward. Clients even forget what their problems were before the session. They say the past isn't even a part of their daily experience, and the change requires no conscious energy to keep the change. Whatever your challenge, you get to choose what to replace your limiting belief with! The key to success is a healthy set of belief systems. A qualified Master NLP Practitioner can help you replace a belief system at the deeper level of the self, integrate it into your internal system, and help you keep the change effectively without having to spend conscious energy in fighting an old belief, repeating affirmations that feel like lies, or trying to "attract" what you want without results. Step 2: Clear your Past Emotional History. You've been carrying it around long enough haven't you. Most people hold onto the past simply because they don't know how to let it go. Don't let the past get in your way any longer, we have effective means of clearing it without reliving trauma!

Did you know this could actually be very easy? With the Thought Pattern Management system, it can be a quick, easy, even painless process. We teach the mind a process to let go of the negative emotional history, separate the feelings from the events, and recycle the negative energy. Step 3: Assess Where You Are Now and Where You Would Like to Be. The Dreambuilding Tool can both help you assess where you are now and where you would like to be. The Life Balance Tool helps you identify areas of your life that may be out of balance, and where you can start focusing your energy to create life balance and satisfaction. The Dreambuilding Tool helps you get clear about what your dreams are, and start identifying ways to pick up your dreams and start making progress. Note the things that have gotten in your way in the past - these can point to belief systems you may be unaware of.
What if you don't know what you want? A challenge for many people is that they are unclear with what they want. This is where working with a coach is helpful. There may also be trade-offs or internal conflicts to getting something. For instance - one part of you wants a relationship to feel intimate and connected, yet another part of you doesn't want to be tied down or lose its freedom. These internal conflicts respond well to NLP tools. Don't waste your time in hesitation, create your dreams in alignment with who you are, and what you are here to accomplish.
Step 4: Create a Plan for Moving Forward. The Dream to Vision Plan session is designed to help you develop a specific strategy for making your dream happen.

This session can help you get clear on what you most want, set up specific steps to put your dreams in motion. Together, we can also identify the challenges in your way and strategize ways to turn your challenges into stepping stones.
Step 5: Work with a Partner or a Coach to Help you Stay on Track. The benefit of working with a Certified Coach over a friend or partner is that the Coach is trained to keep you on track, invested in your growth, and many times has a set of powerful tools to help you find the difference that makes a difference. Friends and family often don't listen to the real story, and many times they are simply prone to advice. A real coach will help you find your own best answers, hold you to a higher standard, provide an environment of safety, anonymity and act as a catalyst for change. Not all coaches are the same. Make sure to find a Coach that resonates well with you and is easy for you to talk to. I work with NLP tools in my coaching practice. I have heard coaches explain that sometimes coaching is too slow, it seems like their clients are moving in circles. Step 6: Continue Assessing Your Progress and Watch What Happens! Many times the things that get in our way of continued change are replacing habits, needing to learn new behaviors, and staying on track with the change we want to see in our life. Ongoing NLP sessions can help change these habits and behaviors, and essentially train the mind to work as your best ally! To assess continued progress, make sure your goals are SMART and that you review them regularly.
