This is the most complete program available on the market! Think of the last time you went on a diet to lose weight? Did you feel satisfied, full, and energized? Or did you feel deprived, hungry and weak? This lifestyle system created by Dr. Shari Liebermen is based on the Low Glycemic Index will let you eat and feel satisfied,  increase your energy, feel more mentally clear, and lose weight! The most popular programs out there are not the best, here's some key problems with other weight loss programs. 

 

1. Most diets are based on calorie restriction. Sure, you lose weight, but you are putting your body into starvation mode, which can actually lower your metabolism 10-15%. Having lowered your metabolism, you must then eat less than you did before you began dieting to keep the weight off. 

2. Meal replacements: Based on calorie restriction, these diets are typically full of sugars which spike your blood sugar, signaling a release of insulin, which then  throws a metabolic switch to store these calories as fat. Another problem: Where are the antioxidants? They are not there because these programs restrict eating fresh fruits and vegetables! - All your meals come in powders and packages. Not only are they short on antioxidants, they are also short on digestive enzymes which are found naturally in whole and fresh foods.

3. Not Sustainable! Most diets are meant to be followed just until you get back to the weight you want, these are not healthy ways of eating that will last. Once you resume eating normally again - the weight comes back! And even more than you had before because you've compromised your health and lowered your metabolism!

4. Health Side Effects! Since most diets are calorie restriction based and focus on weight loss rather than your health, there can be harmful side effects with not only weight loss pills, but also fad diets. For example, Atkins diet: high protein and fat, low fiber. Can you say colon cancer and heart disease?
